Trisha Fey founded Glow Up & Be Seen™ to help performers build the confidence, self-trust, and mindset to pursue opportunities beyond the club.

An ex-$tripper, her approach brings together mindset work, personal development, and performance coaching to help dancers expand their vision, and move beyond self-imposed limitations.

An established pole dancer with credits on major television productions, including Euphoria Season 3 and Hacks Season 4, Trisha Fey brings firsthand industry experience to her work.

Her coaching is grounded in the understanding that developing as a performer involves more than technical ability — it also requires the confidence to be seen, the clarity to pursue new opportunities, and the willingness to step into unfamiliar territory.
